Open the active brand’s SEO Audit page and find Website Crawl. The plan strip shows the current subscription, maximum pages per crawl, crawls used this month, retained history, and available schedule frequencies. These values come from the account’s active WooCommerce subscription or staff-approved tier.
Run a crawl now
- Choose a page limit within the number shown for the current plan.
- Choose link depth and pages per minute.
- Turn on JavaScript rendering only when important page content requires it.
- Select Start Website Crawl.
The server checks the active user, brand access, monthly usage, and page limit again when the request arrives. Changing browser values or sending a direct request cannot bypass those checks.
Automatic schedules
Open Automatic crawl schedule. Choose an included frequency, timezone, hour, and the weekday or day of month when needed. Solo Scout includes manual and monthly crawls. Growth Agency also includes weekly crawls. Kingdom Dominator also includes daily crawls. The exact options displayed always follow the saved tier limits.
Scheduled scans enter the same worker queue as manual scans. If a brand already has a crawl queued or running, the scheduler records the reason and waits for the next scheduled time instead of creating duplicates.
History
History limits control which completed crawl records can be opened from the current plan. Recent active or running scans remain available. Older direct links are checked on the server and cannot be used to open history outside the current entitlement.
Agency multi-brand scans
Accounts with more than one manageable brand can open Agency multi-brand scan, select authorized brands, and queue the same crawl settings for each. The plan controls how many brands can be selected in one request. Only owners, brand managers, and administrators can schedule or bulk-scan a brand.
The worker uses a fair round-robin queue by customer account. A large agency batch cannot take every worker slot while another customer is waiting.
When a limit is reached
The page shows a plain-language message with the current plan limit. Reduce the requested pages, turn off another brand schedule, wait for the next monthly usage period, or open Plan Access to upgrade. Limits are never exceeded silently.
