Account & Notifications
Progress bars and count-up indicators appear while checks run so users know the platform is working. Completed checks create dashboard activity, notification bell counts, and notification center entries when relevant.
Email and BuddyPress notifications can be sent for finished searches, ranking changes, audit results, social updates, and worker errors.
Billing & Tiers
Plans are managed through WooCommerce Subscriptions and connected to Analytics & Beyond tier limits. Tiers control brands, keyword counts, audit runs, AI checks, and other feature access.
The public plan section can advertise a trial. Admins manage the actual subscription products, pricing, and limits from WooCommerce and the A&B Platform tier settings.
Brands & Businesses
A brand is the business, website, or client account you want to track. Each brand can have its own website URL, keywords, audit history, AI standing checks, social profiles, notifications, and reports.
Most agencies should create one brand for each client. Plan limits decide how many brands and checks can run each month.
Open Dashboard or Brands, enter the brand or business name, website URL, and optional location details, then save. Repeat for each client business.
If you hit a limit, review My Billing or Plan Access to confirm the active tier.
Getting Started
Analytics & Beyond combines brand workspaces, real-time rank tracking, technical audits, AI visibility checks, social standing, keyword planning, notifications, and client-ready reports in one secure dashboard.
It is built for agencies and enterprise teams that manage client brands, not just one personal website.
The dashboard shows visibility score, brand counts, keyword counts, audit counts, AI checks, social checks, reports, recent activity, and notifications.
Use the feature cards to jump into Brands, Keyword Agent, Rank Tracker, SEO Audit, AI Standing, Social Standing, Reports & Graphs, My Profile, and My Billing.
Platform Features
Choose a brand, enter seed terms, service areas, and modifiers, then generate keyword ideas. Keyword Agent helps identify terms by volume, difficulty, intent, location, and opportunity.
Use strong terms as tracked keywords in Rank Tracker and as topics for content planning.
Select a brand, add keywords, and run a check. The tracker records position, average rank, top positions, and movement over time.
Progress indicators show when checks are running. Results populate the trend graph and keyword table after the check finishes.
Choose a brand or URL and run the audit. When live checks are enabled, the progress meter moves while PageSpeed and DataForSEO checks run.
Review score bars, vitals, health trend, and recent audits. Use failed or warning items as the fix list.
AI Brand Standing asks buyer-style questions across selected LLM models and records whether the brand appears, where it ranks, and how often competitors are mentioned.
The page stores the last checked date so users know how current the standing data is.
Open Social Standing, choose a brand, then connect supported OAuth accounts or enter profile handles and URLs where manual tracking is available.
Connected profiles power audience, engagement, content cadence, and social visibility reports. API keys must be configured by an administrator before OAuth connections can work.
Reports & Graphs
Trend lines show movement over time. Rising traffic, impressions, and clicks are good; lower average position values usually mean better search ranking.
Score rings summarize health out of 100. Bar charts compare buckets or time periods. Keyword tables show impressions, clicks, current position, position change, and mini history charts.
