Open SEO Audit, select the correct brand, and run a Website Crawl. When the crawl finishes, open the Spelling & Grammar tab. Analytics & Beyond checks visible headings, paragraphs, lists, table text, captions, and quotations. It excludes scripts, styles, navigation, forms, code, and hidden content.
What each finding shows
- Issue names the spelling, grammar, punctuation, style, capitalization, or repeated-word rule.
- Source page links to the exact page and shows the recorded page element.
- Context & correction shows the detected text, nearby sentence, and the best available correction.
- Confidence is an evidence band, not a made-up percentage. High means a direct spelling or repeated-word rule found a replacement. Medium means the grammar engine supplied a replacement. Review means a person should decide because the engine did not supply one.
Record a decision
Click Accept correction when the suggestion is appropriate, Ignore when no action is needed, or False positive when the wording is correct for the brand. Use Reopen to return a reviewed item to the queue. These buttons record the staff decision and reviewer in scan history. They do not edit the client website.
Use the Decision and Issue Type filters to narrow the list. A page with no findings is still counted as checked. If the local proofreading engine could not check a page, the coverage message reports that error instead of calling the page clean.
How the check is handled
Visible copy is checked by the private LanguageTool service on the Analytics & Beyond server. Page copy is not sent to the public LanguageTool API. Each stored finding keeps its source URL, rule, original text, suggested text, nearby context, language, confidence basis, first-seen time, and last-seen time.
