How to create, read, share, and export a client report

Updated August 5, 2026

Create a report

  1. Open the brand workspace and choose Reports.
  2. Confirm the brand and date range at the top of the page.
  3. Choose a report type. Add an optional client note and client email address when needed.
  4. Select Generate Client Report. Wait for all four progress steps to finish.

The saved report starts with the Executive Summary. It then shows measured channel metrics, evidence-backed actions, issue movement across scans, page-level findings, recorded corrections, and AI model results when those checks exist.

Understand the evidence

Page-Level Evidence identifies the affected page, rule or fingerprint, severity, workflow status, and selector when one was recorded. Recorded Corrections shows the original text beside the suggested correction. Issue Trend compares completed audits and shows open, new, fixed, and reopened findings. Unavailable means that check has not produced measured data; it is not an estimated value.

View and download

Under Saved Client Reports, select View. The report opens in a responsive dialog. Choose Preview PDF to view the generated white-label PDF without leaving the page. Use PDF, CSV, or JSON to download the same saved report package. PDF preserves the full visual report; CSV provides structured rows for spreadsheets; JSON provides the canonical evidence package for systems and developers.

Share securely

In the saved report dialog, choose a 1-day, 7-day, or 30-day expiry and select Create Link. Copy the link and send it to the client. The link is private, expires automatically, and can be replaced or revoked at any time. Select Revoke to deny the old link immediately. Creating a new link replaces the previous link.

Email delivery

When valid recipients are entered, Analytics & Beyond queues one authenticated delivery for each address. The email job rebuilds the integrity-checked PDF, attaches it, retries transport failures, and records the provider transaction ID. The report is still saved when delivery fails. Open Notifications to see queued, completed, or failed delivery state and the provider receipt.
