These terms govern access to Analytics & Beyond, including subscriptions, brand workspaces, analytics features, and connected third-party integrations.
Platform Use
Analytics & Beyond provides SEO intelligence, technical audits, keyword research, rank tracking, social standing, and AI brand visibility tools. Users are responsible for the accuracy of brand information they submit and for complying with third-party platform rules.
Accounts and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions. Access limits, brand limits, keyword limits, and check limits may vary by tier. Failed, canceled, or expired subscriptions may reduce or suspend access.
Acceptable Use
- Do not connect accounts or brands you do not own or have permission to manage.
- Do not use the platform to collect unlawful data, spam users, bypass third-party rules, or abuse API limits.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
Results and Recommendations
Platform scores, rankings, predictions, and AI visibility results are informational. Search engines, AI models, and social platforms change frequently, so results are not guaranteed outcomes.
